Job Responsibilities：
1，Assist the Warranty engineer to dealing with the warranty return parts failure analysis
协助保修工程师处理退回部件的故障分析
2，Take containment actions on filed and/or customer side
能在现场或者客户端实施围堵措施
3，Handling the logistics of failure parts with custmer
处理客服端的不良品故障
4，Perform the mechinical and/or chemical test to analyse the failure parts
能从机械设计或者化学测试的角度分析故障原因
5，Collect the data，picture and related information and prepare the failure analysis report
收集日期，图片及相关信息并准备故障分析报告
6，Follow up the corrective actions
执行纠正改善措施
Job Requirements：
1，Basic understanding with ISO9001 or ISO/TS16949 system
对ISO9001或ISO/TS16949体系有基本的了解
2，Good understanding of drawing and check jig
能读懂图纸并能熟练使用测量夹具
3，Familiar with Microsoft Office(Outlook，Word，PowerPoint，Excel)
能熟练使用办公软件(Outlook，Word，PowerPoint，Excel)
4，Basic written and spoken english
有基本的英文听说读写能力
5，Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
有较好的沟通能力和团队精神
6，Good analysis skill and problem solving skill
有较好的状况分析和解决问题的能力
7，Able to work under pressure and independently
能在压力下工作，能独立开展工作
8，Have high motivation and willingness to improve own skills
有较高的动力和意愿去提供自身的技能
9，Degree of Junior College in major of Engineering，or equal
工程类相关大专学历
10，At least 2years' work experience and at least 1 year in quality control
至少2年工作经验，其中至少1年质量控制方面的经验
11，Can accept travel
能接受出差
