该机用于将产品直接在楼层间进行提升或下降，可直接将提升机的进出口与上下楼层内的生产设备的出入口连接起来，以达到一个连续的生产工艺状态，弥补了使用普通电梯所造成的间歇性的工作方式的缺陷；适用产品对象为瓶装、听装、塑料盒、纸盒、纸箱包装的产品；链板节距38.1mm；转弯半径650mm；输送速度30m/min (可变频调速)输送物件宽10～200mm；输送物件高度50～200mm；生产能力300～1000件/分钟；广泛的应用于饮料食品，药品，塑胶，电子元件，印纸，汽车零部件的制造等行业。
Jostle bottle conveyor is uesd to lift or descend betweent floors and can be set at the entrance or exit of production equipments to form a producing circle. It is suit for transporting bottles, cans, plastic boxes, paper boxes or cartons. Scraper pitch: 38.1mm, turning radius: 650mm, conveying speed: 30 m/min (frequency conversion based speed regulation), conveying object width: 10~200mm, conveying object height: 50-200mm, production capacity: 300-1000 piece/min. Main body material: carbon steel with plastic coated, stainless steel. It is widely used in food, machinery, medicine, plastics, electronic component, paper printing, beverage, automobile parts and other manufacturing industries.
