摘要：To provide an aqueous dispersion of a resin wherein dispersed particles arestable with fine particle sizes and whereby bleeding out is suppressed, which is thususeful as e.g. a surface treating agent for a polyolefin substrate, an adhesive or a coatingmaterial. A resin dispersion having dispersed in water a polymer (C) having a hydrophilicpolymer (B) bonded to a polyolefin (A) in a ratio of (A):(B)=100:5 to 100:500 (weight ratio);a method for producing the resin dispersion; and a coating material and a laminate,employing it.
