教学分析

本节课继续拓展学习如何用英语购物,并初步学会评价商品的款式。本节课通过设置Yang Ming和妈妈去商场买玩具摩托车的场景展开对话,引出目标语言 “What can I do for you? I want to buy a motorbike. How much is it? It’s eighty-five yuan.”,创设真实语境,让学生整体感知、模仿、学习和体验对话。 学情分析

五年级学生的英语学习积极性比较高,学习兴趣比较浓厚,本节课将motorbike作为教学重点,需要注意发音的指导。通过情境创设,使学生通过本课学习能够掌握并学会运用句型 “What can I do for you? I want to buy ... How much is it? It’s ... yuan.” 在日常购物中进行简单交流。学生还要初步学会运用 “It looks ...” 这一句型评价商品的款式。 教学目标

知识目标:能够听说认读 “motorbike” ,能够学会运用句型 “What

can I do for you? I want to buy a ... How much is it? It’s ... yuan.” 进行购物时的英语交流。

能力目标: 通过多媒体、教材、图片等途径,学生们能积极地捕捉

各种资源提供的信息,增强知识的运用能力和语言的实践能力。

情感目标: 通过丰富多彩的课堂活动,使学生们享受到购物的愉快,

感受到中西方购物时的表达差异。

教学重难点

教学重点:单词choose和motorbike的听、说、读。 句

教学难点:能够在实际生活中,准确、流利地运用重点句型:What can I do for you? I want to buy a ... How much is it? It’s ... yuan. 理解 “choose” 一词,并学会在真实语境中使用。学会用 “It looks ...” 进行对商品的评价。 教学过程

Step 1 Preparation / Warm up / Revision 1) Greetings.

2) Sing a song《The finger family》

设计意图:英语歌曲营造出愉快的学习氛围,能够提高学生的英语学习积极性。

3)Review last lesson :Read and Say快速说出单词

设计意图:复习上节课学习内容拉近师生间的距离,让学生迅速进入英语的学习状态。 Step2 Presentation

1)以想要给女儿准备生日礼物为情境,猜测教师去购物时的交通方式。

T: You know, I want to buy some birthday gifts for my daughter. How can I go to the shops? Can you guess? 2)通过猜测摩托车的声音,引出本课单词

“motorbike” 的学习。并以升降调的形式练习单词的发音。

T: Listen! It’s a motorbike. It looks cool. Follow me. Motorbike.↑ Motorbike.↓ (游戏环节)

3)出示童装店的图片,教师表达想买衣服的想法。

T: First of all, I go to the clothes shop by … It’s a clothes shop. It looks nice. Can I have a dress?

与学生转换角色,教师通过手中事先准备好的衣服图片与学生进行交流,学生可以选择他们喜欢的衣服,从而引出单词 “choose” 的学习。

T: Can you ask me? ... OK. Choose one you like.

4)学生以小组为单位,利用教师提前准备的衣物卡片以 “chain game” 形式进行对话练习。对表现好的小组,给予玩具卡片的奖励。 T: You’ve done a good job. Look here, I buy a dress for my daughter. It looks nice.

5)出示玩具店的图片,表达想买玩具的想法。 T: And then, I go to the toy shop by...

Yes, by motorbike. I want to buy a toy motorbike for my daughter. If you are a saleswoman or a salesman, what do you want to say? Ss:What can I do for you ?

I want to buy a toy motorbike. It looks cool.

教师与学生之间互换售货员和顾客的角色,利用课件中的图片,进行对话练习,引出本节课的教学重点。

T: There are so many toys in the toy shop, such as toy trains,

toy ships, toy boats, toy planes and so on. Now, I’m a saleswoman. What can I do for you? “I want to buy a ...”

6)学生两人一组,进行对话练习。对表现好的小组,给予小组奖励。 T: Excellent. I buy a toy motorbike for my daughter. It looks nice.

7)紧接着上一环节,出示玩具店的购物场景,操练How about this one ? It looks nice. I like it.课件中出现玩具图片2人一组练习。

8)以游戏转盘形式,利用课件出现的服装和玩具价格标签,学生们学习How much is ...? It’s ...yuan.句型, Step 3 Practice

1)播放本课教学内容音频,教师提问两个问题,学生观看音频,回答问题。跟读课文录音。

Q1: What does Yang Ming want to buy? Q2: How much is it?

引导学生进行小组合作,操练对话,之后进行小组展示

设计意图:带着问题听音,集中学生的注意力。听音跟读,培养学生模仿语音语调及口语表达能力, Step 4 Production / Language use

根据情景和提示,利用课堂上得到的卡片奖励,围绕所学内容创编新对话。

本课学习购物中常见的句型:What can I do for you ? I want to buy a..... How much is it ? It’s ...yuan. Step 6 Homework

1)学会制作一个对所需物品的购物清单。
