高速手机的保养

 清洗：高速手机在工作当中会有碎屑残留内部，影响转速，工作后使用手机清洗剂清洗。

 润滑：手机在工作中的转速达到40万-100万转，润滑因此变得很重要。大工作量时每天需润滑一次（注：用手机清洗剂时，尽量不接触到手机管，避免手机管出现硬化现象）。

 气压：工作手机的气压力应在2个压力-3个压力之间，新手机磨合使用阶段可控制在2个压力左右。

 车针与手机：手机不装车针时尽量不能空转，这样会对手机损害较大。

牙椅的保养

 直流电机椅子：直流电机以其安全的电压、低噪音等优越的性能占领了椅子电机的霸主地位。其原理是椅子升到最高位置是电机最大状态、靠背仰面最大是其放松状态！

 润滑：牙椅还是机械机电一体化阶段，所以用半年左右润滑一下电机。（可用黄油涂抹伸缩处）

 PU椅面：尽量避免病人的钥匙及其它利器划破。冬天使用前最好用温水擦拭一遍后投入工作。

 口腔灯：灯臂是靠拉力弹簧控制，非工作情况下，尽量不要来回拉动灯头。

 热水器：夏天时，可拨开箱体内热水器开关（不知情况下可询问当地代理商）；冬天零下低温时，不工作后要吹走热水器内部水分，防止热水器在夜间超低温下冻裂。

牙椅的保养

 断电：每日工作完后切记一定要断电。

 排气：每日工作完后空压机气体排干净后关掉气门总开关。机器管道一直充气容易使气管加速老化、压力开关弹簧弹性减弱，直接影响工作气压等情况。

 排污水：注意排污水，空气里含有水分，根据当地的空气湿度情况，大概一个月左右排一次。

High speed hand piece maintenance

 Cleaning: Many chips are left the inside of high speed hand piece during working, which affects revolution. So it is necessary to use hand piece cleaning agent to clean after working.

 Lubrication: Speed of hand piece in the work reaches 400000 -100 million, so lubrication becomes very important. When it is large workload, lubricate it once a day. (Note: when you use hand piece cleaning agent, please

try not to touch to the hand piece, which can avoid it hardening).

 Air pressure: Pressure of working hand piece should be between 2 pressure -3 pressure, the use stage of new hand piece running can be controlled in 2 pressure.

 Needle and hand piece: When the hand piece doesn’t load needle, please don’t let it idle, because it will damage the hand piece greatly.

Dental chair maintenance

 DC motor chair: Because of safe voltage, low noise and so on superior performance, DC motor occupied the chair dominance of the motor. The principle is to rise to the highest position of the chair, that is the largest state of the motor, the largest of its backrest is the relaxing state!

 Lubrication: Dental chair is still mechanical mechatronics stage, so lubricate motor after about half a year. (Smearing butter at stretching is available)
