The system includes (a) and absorbent articlehaving at least one absorbent layer, the object to be displaced, such as a fasteningsystem, one or more sensoring devices, one or more transmitting devices, and (b) aremote receiver. Furthermore, the system relates to the use of the system in the care ofchildren and adults suffering from incontinence and/or psychological illnesses.
