本工程为广清扩建流溪河大桥段南引道工程,要求在交通不中断的情况下,对原有路基进行加宽,因部分扩宽部分已超出原有广清高速公路征地范围,占用地方道路及土地,需对部分原有村道进行改建,具体由主线左侧田心路(G3K0+000~G3K0+378.518)改建(含改沟)、主线右侧联滘路(G2K0+000~
G2K0+463.924)(含改沟)改建、主线左侧黄金围路(G1K0+000~G1K0+327.161)
改建组成。
其中田心路路面宽为7m,路面结构层为:22cm水泥混凝土,15cm厚5%水泥稳定级配碎石,15cm厚4%水泥稳定粒料;改建范围为原有菜地、稻田、水沟等软质地基;
黄金围路路面宽为7m,路面结构层为:26cm水泥混凝土,20cm厚5%水泥稳定级配碎石,20cm厚4%水泥稳定粒料;
联滘路路面宽为5米,路面结构层为:22cm水泥混凝土,15cm厚5%水泥稳定级配碎石,15cm厚4%水泥稳定粒料。

三、 施工准备

技术准备:施工前熟悉图纸、设计文件及相关施工技术文件,组织
现场踏勘,做好施工前测量放线及复核工作,组织图纸会审及技术交底;通过实验取得各项实验数据及施工配合比,以之作为施工质量控制的依据。 2、
施工机械、设备的准备工作:根据本分项工程数量及工程特点,为
确保工程质量及工程进度,满足施工需要,计划投入推土机(D6)一台、振动压路机(20T)一台、挖掘机(PC200)二台、平地机(PY160)一台、洒水车一台、自卸汽车8辆、小型柴油发电机组一套、柴油抽水机若干及相关道路基层及砼路面面层施工机械。 3、
材料准备工作:通过对周边相关材料供应源情况的调查,工程所需
的钢筋、水泥、砂、碎石、石粉、片石、外借土方等均能满足施工需要。 4、
劳动力准备:根据工程数量及进度要求,计划投入管理人员5人、
技术工人15人,普工10人。 5、
施工现场准备:施工车辆能沿原有村道进入工地,在主线K6+720
处两侧有能满足施工需要的电源接到工地沿线,部分路段采用自发电解决,生活用水使用当地自来水,施工用水抽水解决。

范材料、混合料设计和控制的要求,并经监理工程师审批后使用;对作业面要铲除浮土、并洒水润湿;混合料必须在规定时间内完成摊铺碾压,超过时间的混合料应废弃;混合料在碾压时,应遵循稳压—轻振—重振—光面的碾压程序;压路机不得在基层调头和急刹车,停车位置错开。
4、水泥混凝土路面施工:模板采用钢模,模板应无缺损,有足够的刚度,内侧和顶、底面均应光洁、平整、顺直,局部变形不得大于3㎜;
立模前应检测基层的顶面标高和路拱横坡以及基层表面有否磨损破坏等,否则应修整基层至符合要求才可立模浇筑混凝土;
立模的平面位置和高程应符合设计要求;模板应支立稳固,接头严密平顺,模板接头与基层接触处不得漏浆;浇筑混凝土前,模板内侧应涂脱模剂。
混凝土浇筑时,先用插入式振动器在模板边缘、角隅处初振或全面积初振一次,同一位置振动时不宜小于20S,并应避免碰撞模板和钢筋;然后在用平板振动器全面振捣,板与板间宜重叠10—20㎝,以不再冒出气泡并泛出水泥砂浆为准,全面振捣完后,再用振动梁进一步拖拉振实并初步整平,振动梁往返拖拉2—3遍,使表面泛浆,并赶出气泡,凡有不平之处,应及时辅以人工挖填补平,补平时宜用较细的拌和物,严禁用纯砂浆填补;最后用无缝钢管滚杠进一步滚揉表面,使表面进一步提浆调匀调平。
抹面时严禁在混凝土表面洒水或撒水泥,抹平后沿横向拉毛或用压纹滚槽器压槽,使路面混凝土有粗糙的纹理表面。面板做完后应及时养护,养生时间一般约14—21d,养生期间须做好成品保护。
