lt's almost new year's Eve,which means it's a season of determination.l've always been one of the Americans whomake (and break) new year's resolutions.l firmly believe that small changes can make us happier, especially since l started my determination based happiness program, l've come up with some ways to help myself stick to my resolutions specifically, don't make up your mind to make more friends or strengthen friendship, because it's part of my happiness plan.
l have several very specific resolutions, such as: set up a group, remember your birthday, say hello, let the plan appear, don't gossip about it write it down keep reviewing your resolution.If your resolution is buzzing in your mind, it'seasier to stick to it Go on, l go back every night to review my resolution chart take responsibility for yourself tell others about your resolution , join or form a like-minded group, rate yourself on a chart (my method) anything that works for you can make you responsible for success and failure think bigger, maybe you need a big change, a big adventure - travel abroad Break up, break up, move,find a new job, get yourself a new job, let yourself imagine anything,and start planning from there 13.
