摘要：The invention relates to an electronic switch (1) having a semiconductor switch(2) comprising a control circuit (3). To improve the electronic switch (1), according to theinvention, the control circuit (3) is designed to operate the semiconductor switch (2) bypulse-width modulation. The invention also relates to a power supply system (10) havingan electronic switch (1) of this type, the electronic switch (1) isolatingly connecting a firstpart (21) of the power supply system (10) to a second part (22) of the power supplysystem (10). The invention further relates to a method for operating an electronic switch(1) of this type, or a power supply system (10) of this type, wherein the semiconductorswitch (2) of the electronic switch (1) is controlled, at least intermittently, by pulse-widthmodulation.
