This Safety Agreement for Roof Tile Replacement in Rural Houses is entered into by and between the Owner of the Property (hereinafter referred to as the \"Owner\") and the Contractor responsible for the roof tile replacement work (hereinafter referred to as the \"Contractor\"). The purpose of this agreement is to ensure the safety of all personnel involved in the roof tile replacement project and to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries.

The Owner hereby agrees to provide a safe and secure working environment for the Contractor and their personnel, including but not limited to ensuring the stability of the roof structure, providing necessary safety equipment, and ensuring that all hazards are properly identified and mitigated.

The Contractor, in turn, agrees to adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, ensure that their personnel are properly trained and equipped for the job, and take all necessary measures to prevent accidents or injuries during the roof tile replacement work. Both parties further agree to communicate effectively and cooperate closely throughout the project, promptly addressing any safety concerns or issues that arise.

By signing this agreement, both parties acknowledge and agree to abide by its terms and conditions, and accept responsibility for their respective obligations under this agreement. **Chinese Section**

本农村房屋换瓦施工安全协议书由房屋所有人（以下简称“业主”）与负责换瓦工程的承包商（以下简称“承包商”）共同签订。本协议旨在确保换瓦工程参与人员的安全，并最大限度地降低事故或伤害风险。 业主同意为承包商及其人员提供一个安全稳定的工作环境，包括但不限于确保屋顶结构稳定、提供必要的安全设备，并确保所有潜在危害得到妥善识别和消除。

承包商则承诺遵守所有安全规定和程序，确保其人员具备适当的培训和装备，并采取一切必要措施防止在换瓦工作中发生事故或伤害。
