To realize the equipment life cycle management, optimize the equipment utilization.
IN: Develop project scopes and objectives; write the bidding document. PL: Open tender; design the system architecture; make project plan. EX: Demand investigation; system detailed design; time control; check whether the system functions to meet the needs of users. MC: Feedback problem; risk management.
CL: Check the archiving documents; complete the online test run and final acceptance.
Project activities: Project completed on schedule. Meet user needs. 二.
Project objective: Implement a new website to trace the vendors’ working hours and generate the monthly report. IN: Define the project scope; Identify risks; obtain approval from stakeholders.
PL: Prepare the project plan and develop the work breakdown structure.
EX: Manage physical move; Manage communication.
MC: Hold daily stand-up meeting; Manage changes to scope, schedule. CL: Final acceptance from customer; Deliver trainings; Archive the documents.
Production issues are fixed in time. Functions added. No budget exceed. 三.
The goal of the project is to provide solutions for solar thermal power control system.
IN: Identify stakeholders of the project and analyze the different needs of stakeholders.
PL: Determine the team members, establish a incentive mechanism, identify and evaluate risks.
EX: Ensure project delivered on time. Manage changes, measure performance.
MC: Monitor project quality according to national and industry standards.
CL: Sum up the project experience, sorting of the project completion data.
The project has been highly recognized by the customers.
