摘要：The invention relates to a shoe, in particular a sports shoe, comprising a shoeupper part (1) and a sole (2), wherein a damping element (3) is arranged above or in thesole (2). In order to improve the resilient rigidity of the damping element over the springdeflection, the invention provides that the damping element (3) has: a first, upper group(4) of cross-sectionally substantially U-shaped or trough-shaped damping bodies (5), asecond, lower group (9) of cross-sectionally substantially U-shaped or trough-shapeddamping bodies (10), and an intermediate support (14), which is arranged between thetwo groups (4; 9) of damping bodies (5; 10), wherein neighbouring legs (6, 7; 11, 12) of therespective damping elements (5; 10) are adjacent to one another or connected to oneanother at a meeting point (15, 16) and wherein the meeting points (15, 16) of the upperand lower damping bodies (5; 10) are arranged on the intermediate support (14) suchthat they are offset in the longitudinal direction (L) of the damping element (3).
