英文:
I am afraid of insects. Whenever I see a spider, cockroach or any other creepy-crawly, I get goosebumps all over my body. It's not just the way they look, but the way they move that really scares me. I remember one time when I was camping and a huge beetle landed on my arm. I screamed and ran away as fast as I could. My friends teased me about it for the rest of the trip.
I know that insects are a necessary part of the ecosystem and that they have their own important role to play. But that doesn't make me any less afraid of them. I try to avoid them as much as possible, but sometimes it's just not possible. For example, I once had to move a pile of firewood and there were ants crawling all over it. I had to take a deep breath and force myself to do it, but I was shaking the whole time.
I have tried to overcome my fear of insects by learning more about them. I have read books and watched documentaries about different types of insects, but it hasn't really helped. I still get scared when I see one up close. I know that my fear is irrational, but it's something that I can't control.
