摘要：The lightning conducting system includes a receiver (2) and four conductingbranches (3a,3b,3c,3d). An intermittent sinusoidal test current at a frequency of lowerthan 30 kHz is injected into the system at the receiver (2) using a cable (6) or an induction

coil (7). A detector (5) uses a clip on instrument (11) and a search coil (9) to measure thecurrent (i) in one branch (3a) of the lightning conducting system and also the associatedmagnetic field. Values at any location may be compared with those obtained at a knownprotected point to determine if the test location is protected.
