3REQUIREMENTS.Unlessotherwisespecified,thematerialshallbetestedunderstandardconditions,21±2˚Cand50±5%RH.Conditionspecimensforaminimumof24hpriortotestingoruntilmoistureequilibriumisreached.Ifspecimensaretestedoutsideoftheconditionedenvironment,theyshallbetestedwithin10minutesofremoval.When3specimensaretobetested,theyshouldbecutacrossthesam-pleavoidinganycommonfibers.Specimensshouldnotbecutwithin50mmofanyedgeofthesample.Noindividualtestresultshallbelessthantheminimumorgreaterthanthemaxi-mumvalue.

7.1CompletedcopiesoftheMaterialSafetyDataSheetmeetingGMinformationrequirementsmustbesubmittedwithanynewsubmissionsorwheneveracompositionchangehasoccurred.
8INSPECTIONANDREJECTION.Allshipmentsofmaterialorpartsundercontractorpurchaseordermanufac-turedtothisspecificationshallbeequivalentineveryrespecttotheinitialsamplesapprovedbyengineering.Thereshallbenochangesineitherformulationormanufacturingprocessespermittedwithoutpriornotificationandapprovalbyengineer-ing.Lackofnotificationbythesupplierconstitutesgroundsforrejectionofanyshipment.Whilesamplesmaybetakenfromincomingshipmentsandcheckedforconformancetothisspecification,thesuppliershallaccepttheresponsibilityforincomingshipmentsmeetingthisspecificationwithoutdepen-denceuponthepurchaser’sinspection.
