摘要：The invention provides a subcutaneous infusion device including a delivery tubehaving a central lumen and a closed first end and an open second end. The device furtherincludes a support base attached adjacent a first end of the delivery tube; and a pluralityof needles extending substantially perpendicular to the support base and in
communication with the central lumen of the delivery tube. A method for hydrating apatient in accordance with the invention includes pressing a support base against a skinsurface of the patient and inserting a plurality of needles into a subcutaneous skin layerresponsive to the pressing. The method further includes delivering a saline fluid to thesubcutaneous skin layer through the needles via a delivery tube.
