　　One day, a poor man is taking a bag of rice to a town. The rice is on the back of his horse but it falls down. The rice is tooheavy to lift and he doesn’t know what to do. He only hopes someone can give him some help.

　　⼀天，⼀个穷⼈正带着⼀袋⽶去镇上。⼤⽶放在马背上但它掉了下来。⼤⽶太重了抬不动，穷⼈不知怎么办才好。他只想有⼈会给他些帮助。

　　After a while, a man riding a horse comes. But he is a rich man living nearby. The poor man hopes another farmer willcome. But the rich man sees him and says to him, “You need my help, right?” And he helps the poor man lift the rice onto thehorse’s back.

　　过了⼀会⼉，⼀个⼈骑着马⾛过来。但是他是住在附近的⼀个富⼈。穷⼈希望另⼀个农民过来。但是富⼈看到了他并对他说，“你需要帮助，对吗?”他帮穷⼈把⽶抬到马背上。　　“Sir, how can I repay you?” the poor man says.　　“我该怎样谢你呢，先⽣?”穷⼈说。

　　“It’s easy, when you see anyone else in trouble, do the same for him.”　　“这很简单，当你看到其他⼈遇到⿇烦时，你可为他做同样的事情。”　　⾳乐家

　　A man that had a very course voice, but an excellent musique-room, would be still practicing in that chamber, for theadvantage of the echo.

　　有这样⼀个⼈，他的声⾳不怎么样，但练歌房却很好，他经常在房间⾥练歌，因为房间的回⾳使他的歌声显得⾮常好听。　　He took such a conceit upon that he must needs be showing his parts upon a public theatre, where he performed so veryill, that the auditory hissed him off the stage, and threw stones at him.

　　他对误以为真，觉得⾃⼰必须在剧院⾥向公众⼀展他的歌喉。但是，他演唱得⾮常糟糕，观众把他嘘下了台，还向他扔⽯头。

　　In spring, the mother pig took the little pig LuLu to the foot of the mountain. They planted some watermelon.　　When summer came, there were many big round watermelons in the field.

　　One day, the sun was burning like a fire, it was terribly hot on the ground. The mother pig said to the little pig:\"Lulu, go tothe field to pick a watermelon back,ok?\" Lulu said happily:\"Ok! No problem.\"

　　Then he ran to the watermelon field.When he got to the field, he was happy to find so many big green watermelons. Hechose one of the biggest watermelon and picked it from the vine.

　　Then he held it with his hands trying to lift is on his shoulder to carry it home.

　　\"Wow!It's so heavy!\" Lulu tried several times, but he failed. And he was socked with sweat. He wiped his sweat off anddecided to have a rest.

　　Suddenly he saw the monkey Pipi. He was playing with a hoop. Lulu patted his head and said:\"I've got it.\" Hethought,the round hoop can roll, the watermelon round too,then it can roll too.　　He then put the big melon on the ground and rolled it forward quickly.

　　At last he got home with the watermelon.The mother pig knew the story, she exclaimed:\"My child, you're really clever!\"
