Unit 3 You Naughty Little Thing!

教学目标

一、能力目标:

1. 能简单介绍自己能做的事情。

2. 能用提问的方式来了解其他人能做的事情。

3. 听懂或读懂某个场所的 简单话语。(pair work

二、知识目标:

1. 学习掌握单词8个(hear, taste ,jump ,shout, see, feel, sing, swim)。

2. 能用8个单词造句。

3. 学习掌握基本句型及相关的语法知识

       Can you……….?

4. 听、读后能理解课文内容,完成Language Lab 中的练习。

5. 了解Disneyland, Language Lab 中的语法内容。

三、基础目标:

Wonderlandhear, see, taste, feel, jump, sing, shout, swim

Farmland: Can you...?

Grand TheatreUnit 3 You Naughty Little Thing!

Language Lab:1.通过拼读单词进一步熟记字母,并积累词汇。

2.根据课文内容回答Questions and answers 中的问题,并根据实际情况回答On your own中的问题。

Music Box:掌握字母组oo在单词中的读音。让学生找出学过的含有oo /u/ 音的单词。  

Disneyland:将更多的表示行为能力的单词编入儿歌,进行替换性练习。

四、发展目标:

1.通过变换人称动词,掌握 I can ?的用法.

2.了解更多有关行为能力的单词,例如:dive, skip等。

3.积累由单词come 组成的词组,例如:come out (出来), come on(来吧) 等等。

五、情感目标:

通过学习,教育学生能做的事情去做。

六、学习策略目标:

    在学习过程中做pair / group work 时要积极开动脑筋,介绍自己记忆单词的方法,培养合作完成的意识。

七、文化目标:了解can的结构用法。

难点分析

1. 单词hear, taste, jump shout, see, feel, sing, swim,的具体用法。

2. Can you …..?过渡到Can he/she ……..?

3. I can…… 句子结构和语法现象。

4.提醒学生注意中英文表达上的差异,即英语中something, anything, somebody的用法。

5.掌握单词looksee, listenhear之间意义和用法上的区别。

第一课时 Wonderland

教学目标

1.学习八个单词, 掌握拼读规则hear, taste, jump, shout, see, feel, sing, swim)

2.能用8个单词造句

重点和难点

1. can 句型结构

2.各个动词不同得用法

教学过程

Pre-task Preparation

1. Say the rhyme: Let’s have fruits    Let’s swing.

2. Daily talk

While-task procedure

1. see, hear, jump

1) Present the words in the communication.

     The teacher can ask the following questions: What can you do with your eyes/ ears/ nose?

2) Imitation/ do the actions.

3) Make some phrases and sentences with these words.

    e.g. I can see a flower / I can hear a dog./ I can jump high in a P.E class.

4) Make some dialogues.

2. taste, sing, shout

  1) Present the words in the communication.

T: What can you do with your mouth / tongue?

The students do the actions.

2) Make some phrases and sentences with them

e.g. I can taste an orange. It’s sour./sweet/bitter/

     (How are you today? How does it feel?)

3. feel, swim

1) Present the words

T: What can you do with your hand/feet?

2) Imitation/ do the actions.

3) Make some phrases and sentences with them.

e.g. Can you swim or swing?

     Where can you swim?   I can swim in the swimming pool.

     Can you feel anything?  How does it feel? It’s hard/soft/smooth/rough.

4. Books open. Play the cassette. Pupils listen and repeat.

5. Books open. Pupils read the words together. While reading, pupils can do the actions

Post-task Activities

1. The teacher gives the orders, and pupils do the actions. Then exchange it.

2. Quick responses. E.g.  1) Can you feel or taste the ball?

2) Can you shout in the classroom?

3) What can you see in the zoo?

3. Activity: What can you do (see, feel) in spring?

第二课时 Grand Theatre: You, naughty little Thing!

教学目标

一、基本目标

To understand the sentences: Can you hear anything/ something?

Be quiet!

There must be somebody in the next room

Mine the pronunciation in the tape to act out the dialogue.

二、发展目标

Have the students to make a new dialogue.

重点和难点

Can you ………………..? something and anything 的区别。

教学过程

Pre-task preparation

1. Ask and answer.

e.g. Have you got a pen? What’s your pet’s name? What can your pet do?

   What can you do with your hands?

2. Make sentences.

e.g. feel: I can feel with my hands.

While-task procedure

1. Present the sentence: Can you hear anything?

  T: Listen, what can you hear? (The teacher play the cassette)

S: I can hear a dog.

T: Yes, I can hear a dog, too.  But I can hear some other things. Can you hear anything?

P: Yes, I can. I can hear…/ No, I can’t.

Pair work.

Practice (use objects):  Can you feel/ taste anything?

2. Present the sentences: be quiet. Can you hear something? There must be….

T: Shhh…Be quiet. There must be something in the box. Listen, can you hear something?

Comparison and translation: thing, something in the box, Listen, can you hear something?

Comparison and translation: thing, something, anything.

T: What’s in the box? You can guess,’  ‘There must be…’

T: Come out! There’s an alarm clock.

T: We are having a class now. I think the others are having a class, too. There must be somebody in the next classroom. Who wants to go and see?

3. Listen to the tape and mark the following statements true or false.

4. Read after the tape.

Post-task activities

1. Answer the questions.

2. Act out the dialogue.

3. Imitate the text to make a new dialogue by the giving words.

第三课时FarmlandCan you….?

教学目标

一、基本目标:Learn to express the sentence “Can you…?

二、发展目标:Let the students make some dialogues according to the pictures.

重点和难点

Can you….以及它的回答。拓展Can he/ she …..?它的回答

Pre-task preparation

1. Daily talk

2. Review Wonderland.

1. Show picture l and ask:

e.g. Can you jump high?

     Can Yang Mingming jump high?

     Can Tom and Norman play basketball?

 Who can jump far?

 What can Sue do?

2. Make a dialogue

Model:

T: What are you doing?

S: I’m jumping high.

T: Can you jump high?

S: No, I can’t.

T: Then what can you do ?

S: I can jump far.

Post-task activity

Students in pairs to come out to say and act their dialogues.

1.理解并灵活运用学过的单词

2.学习理解课后的问题

3.能熟练操练课后的问题。

4.能准确地朗读所给单词得发音,注意规则。

教学过程

3. Pre-task procedure.

Make sentences with the words

4. While-task procedure

1) Listen and read answers.

2) Questions and answers.

3) On your own.

4) Pair work( 操练一问一答)

Listen to the recording (1. Open the books at p16.  2. Read after it.)

第五课时Rhyme

课时目标

1.阅读理解小诗内容。

2.通过学习,能读小诗。

2.Pair work ( 交流自编的对话 )

3.课堂练习。 1)练习册听力内容。 2)做练习部分。
