Step 1 Warming up:
1. Greetings.
T: Good morning/Good afternoon, boys and girls.
Ss: Good morning/Good afternoon, Miss.
2. Free talk: The apple is red. / The banana is yellow.
Step 2 Presentation and drill
Teacher shows the picture and word of a telephone then write “t” on Bb, let Ss read.
Mark “t”, let the Ss find out the reading-rule of t in the word telephone.
Write out other words in part E with “t”,
Let Ss try to read.
Step 3 Practice
1.Listen to the tape of Part E.
2.Chant the words and sentences
3.Write “t” in the book.
Step 4. Consolidation
1. Part F: Draw and say.
2.Investigation: What colour do you like?
3.Homework.
