credit to

1. 归功于；把…归因于(某人或某物)：例句: The shortage of rice was credited to lack of rain.
水稻歉收是由于缺雨。
2. 把…记入贷方：例句: She credited $100 to my account.
她把100美元记入了我的贷方。

credit with

1. 归功于[亦作credit to]:例句: She credited herself with the discovery.
她把那项发现归功于她自己。
2. 把…记入贷方[亦作credit to]:例句: She credited your account with the amount of the cheque.
她把支票款项记入你的账户的贷方。

3. 认为或相信(某人)有(某种性质或成就等)：例句: He came to the firm already credited with many honours.
他来公司时已经载誉不少。

由上得知，credit with 比credit to 多了一个释意，就是说，还有第三个意思，而credit to 没有。
