洋芋耙 potato cake(应该可以,洋芋指的就是土豆,粑就是类似cake的食品，这种情况下翻译做Yangyuba也应该没问题的,外文的词库里也没有这个单词.)

Yang Yu rake(此为直译，我觉得potato cake亦可） is a kand of snack in Guiyang .
The cooking method is "cooked potatoes, rotten pressure, adding glutinous rice powder, made of the shape of rake,and then frying it with the oil slowly ." You can also add some chili powder while eating.
