Much to our distress , these years have seen a widespread neglect of patriotic ecation in society. According to a recent official report , many students don't know the history of our country and fewer and fewer students care about what happened in our country. If this current is allowed to run its course, things are bound to turn
for the worse.
The importance of patriotic ecation to the society , however , can be seen from the perspectives as follows.In the first place, patriotism is the glorious tradition of Chinese nation In the second, it guides the people especially the young people to establish correct ideal on life. And above all, it is the spiritual pillar of the people of all ethnic groups .To sum up, it's an important work to promote the revitalization of the Chinese nation.
So the most pressing for us now is how to develope patriotic ecation. In my opinion, the first step should be focused upon the young people.The first step is important.Not only for the yuong people are easy to absord the new things ,but also for that they are the future of our country .Then, greater efforts must be made to call on people to learn more about chinese tradition cultures.What more is that the government should set up some agencies to hold some activities about patriotic ecation .In one word, all of us shall
get together to love our country.
