珍贵名螺是一种贝类软体动物，专指生活上在海的螺。名螺和蜗牛共同组成了腹足纲，多属软体动物腹足类，数量极少，极其罕见。多生殖在亚洲，非洲，美洲的沿海深层海水里面，在海底200米以下地方能看到少量珍贵名螺！
